The S5 is a tapered noseband that provides space for both the bit rings as well as the nerves that emerge from the skull above the noseband. It also allows extra space for the cheek bones, and is narrower than the S3 across the bridge of the nose.  This noseband comes in black or havana leather, or black patent. The noseband is available with flat or rolled cheeks.  Sizes available are  cob, medium, and full.
